Maximize the number of guests
for every event.
A visualized plan leaves little room for “forgetting” guests off the guest list.
Deleting empty seats makes it even clearer that anyone not on the list, will
not have a place to sit.
By deleting empty seats a few days before the event, your clients will often
contact you to add seats, further increasing the guest count.
